Terrible experience. They submitted our taxes 6:30pm on filing date. Called my husband instead of me , even though I had been the household contact from the get-go. We missed the payment deadline and had to pay a late fee, told my husband on the phone that we owed about $14K more than the year before. Everyone in their office disappeared the day after so was unable to get a copy of our return and understand why our federal tax was so high. Two stressful days later was finally able to get someone in their Napa office to send me a PDF which was the point I realized he had added our CA refund to our Federal Debt, difference of $14K. Never received an apology for the mistake, headache and stress BUT I did received an insulting, nasty response when I expressed my frustration. It continued to get worse, but I can stop there. Do yourself a favor and find another accountant.
