Staff seem overwhelmed. Product is so so- like most pawn shops it works if you're in a pinch. I've mainly used them as a transfer hub as they are one of the few FLL dealers in the Athens area. They have a fair transfer fee but they take several days to get everything ready for pickup. My firearm was delivered on a Friday and wasn't ready for me to pickup until Monday (they are closed on Sundays). Staff has always been pretty friendly when I go in there. My advice to management would be to hire more staff. Customers don't like to wait when they've already been waiting. I'll probably look for another FLL dealer in the future.
