They've made a couple mistakes over the. course of my auto loan (about two years now). I went to refinance a while back. After retuning signed papers, they said it was in processing and to expect a call within a few days to confirm everything. Over two weeks later, not having heard back, I called to follow up and they had completely forgotten about my loan. The loan officer actually told me it got “lost” on her desk! Seriously?Additionally, every time I call in to ask a simple question I wait on hold for at least 15 minutes or more. Several of the bankers have given me attitude because I don't have my account number handy (are they really too lazy to look it up?). I’ve never once gotten the feeling they value my business. To be honest, I've had many better experiences with the big banks.
