I started banking with TFCU as a teenager and the past few years customer service has gone down hill. They do not genuinely care or want to help resolve any issues. The reps are either passive aggressive or flat out aggressive. I am not the only member transitioning my banking/loans to other businesses. It's easy to give great customer service when everything is perfect. It's much more telling how a customer service rep treats a member when there is an issue - regardless of who's "error" caused the issue.
