Great story!Member since 2002!No bounced checks, no transactions unpaid. I had over $350.00 electronically deposited into a checking account. The "Genie" teller clearly states the transaction posted the same day I transferred.Tyndall has graciously made $200.00 available now but is holding the rest.I called Tyndall and BIG SHOCKER, there's nothing they can do... They actually are blaming it on Visa and say the remaining money might be available in 3 to 5 business days.Unfortunately, I know it's NOT visa, they approved the transaction & pushed the $350.00 to Tyndall.This bank is CHOOSING to hold the remaining money.I know it's only $150.00 but when you're waiting to go to the doctor and paying for medication it puts me in a big bind.I would hate to think if I won the lottery, the folks in Tallahassee attempts to transfer 14.8 million dollars & Tyndall allows me to access $200.00.Poor service! will close this account in 3 to 5 business days.Good luck to the remaining "members"

This is the worst credit union not only in America but in the World, Don't do business with this people the worst costumers service, bad rates, they don't help people, I wish they close and go out of business.

The worst customer service !!! the agent who was supposed to help me 👎 did not take any interest in trying to listen to me, she practically did not look at me, I spent less than 5 minutes in the office and I waited almost an hour.

I have been this credit Union for more than ten years. I just recently had an emergency surgery done and was out of work for two weeks, than a third due to complications. I have been back to work and the money is coming back in but they insist on charging me more money instead of paying my bills, I can deal with the over draft fees if they would pay my bills but charging me a $30 fee with out paying anything is even worse. I have been a loyal customer and now when I need the help they throw me away. Once my account is in the clear I am cutting all ties with Tyndall. A once great bank is now a money hungry monster.

I've had a savings account with them for 20 yrs now, only to just recently see they started taking $5 a month from my account for fees. I live in Ohio now and they told me when I called I'd have to come down to close my account. They used to be a good credit union, but will soon lose my business.

Terrible customer service. I was given false information by an employee costing me upwards 500$ in fees. They are not willing to resolve my issue or help me in the least. This is very upsetting, the reason I joined this credit union is because I thought they were more personable. Boy was I wrong.

Tyndall Federal Credit Union is the worst ever. This organization does not protect your privacy at all. I believe, they have on more than one occasion, given my ex-husband information on the balance in my account. They did so even after and requested they do not. My ex-husband was not on my account. Additionally, the lines are always long. This is not due to a lack of tellers but chose only to open two lines for some reason why - I do not know. No matter how many customers waiting, also did not matter what time of the day either. I tolerated this inconvenience but my ex-husband receiving info about my account balance was unforgivable. I notified management and those above management of any concerns and was told there was nothing they can do. Therefore, after 19 years as a loyal member, I closed and moved my account. If I could rate them LOWER than a ZERO I would! I strongly encourage anyone considering becoming a member of Tyndall Federal Credit Union to go elsewhere.

I started banking with TFCU as a teenager and the past few years customer service has gone down hill. They do not genuinely care or want to help resolve any issues. The reps are either passive aggressive or flat out aggressive. I am not the only member transitioning my banking/loans to other businesses. It's easy to give great customer service when everything is perfect. It's much more telling how a customer service rep treats a member when there is an issue - regardless of who's "error" caused the issue.

Tried getting $15000 loan on my house worth over $150,000 that is paid off so that i can get a new roof. The roof is the only thing left needed repaired after hurricane michael so that i can get insurance on home. Tyndall will not give loan to help me recover even with 10x collateral and no bad credit. Worthless bank. They do not care about helping bay county recover like they say they do.
