Feedback:

They are not part of the shared branching co-op as of July 9th or something like that. I found out 2 weeks after they stopped. I use their mobile app for online banking and didn't see any messages or notices. Kind of inconvenient now that I have to drive to Vancouver, WA or Wilsonville, OR to deposit my rent money. I have 3 little kids and found it convenient to stop by a shared branch on my lunch break on my own vs. now hauling my clan with me. I am considering just opening an account with a local credit union nearby to keep the same convenience.

Very poor communication skills. They recently stopped shared branching and they only started letting people know 1.5 months ago so for people that only go to this bank to pay their mortgage ONCE a month would have only seen it ONCE IF they were fortunate enough to see it posted. They should have said something to any and all people that came in that paid their mortgage/bills to anther bank that entire month and a half instead of assuming everyone would know or see it posted. They also said this was emailed but how could they have emailed it if we are not memebers of twinstar? Literally wasted 1.5 hours of my day in traffic, with a fever, no AC in this summer heat, with a 4 week old baby & 5 year old. Would’ve been nice to save a trip and time if these guys would’ve communicated better!

I have been a member for over 10 years and love TwinStar. I was so happy to find a branch in Wilsonville when I moved to Oregon. It's not the most convenient but I am willing to make the drive to stay a member.

No more shared branching. Limited ATM withdrawals if you bank with a different credit union. They won’t do money orders if you don’t have an account with them. Terrible.

Today is December 18th of 2018 let me start off by saying when I first opened account with This Credit Union I was very happy I walked in handed him a piece of mail with my address on it I was a secondary account holder the primary account holder is the misses we use this account strictly for bills and paying bills insurance is such she didn't provide a piece of mail so they continuously rastas for about a month for that piece of mail wouldn't stop calling my phone continuously harassing me when I first open the account I had a physical address to reside it off of Southwest Grahams Boones Ferry Road I showed them my physical address that wasn't enough for him and they were still unhappy with such so I called into make our complaint and got the line what the woman that was from a call service center explain to her the situation and how I have showed them a piece of mail they said they needed a piece of mail from the misses I guess mine wasn't good enough I further explain that no longer live at that address and I bought an RV because it's cheaper to live in an RV than it is actually rent from somebody in the state of Oregon I work and I'm a productive member of society and I work within side of town of Wilsonville I pay my taxes inside the town of Wilsonville that's still not good enough for this branch for them or the woman that originally was hearing my complaint connect me to the branch manager in Wilsonville which isn't who I wanted to talk to in the first place that's why I called to make a complaint about the Wilsonville branch so that was counterproductive then on top of it I turn around and I talked to the Wilsonville manager and I explained the situation to her would you like me to come in and just say hi I'm homeless according to your standards because I don't have a physical address and you keep messing with me I only use this account to pay bills how a person like that manager gets in a position of power being so stupid I will never know she kept telling me I needed to calm down instead of listening to what I had to say or what my complaint was or solving the problem or finding a solution to the problem I hung up on her and she called me back and said that she would be closing my account in a voice message and that I can come in and pick up my money or she could send it to my Address!!!!!!!!!! Adress!!!!!!! Notice I said address twice as before the previous problem was not having a physical address so what address would she send the money to the one that's actually on records even though 5 minutes prior to the conversation I actually explain to her that I no longer reside at that address so furthermore why would she send the check to that address customer service sucks and I do not recommend this Credit Union to anybody and hey if your homeless and you work a job and you're a productive member of society and you don't do drugs and you pay your taxes and you're trying to save up to possibly get an apartment or house or something of that matter this place will not help you as they clearly did not help me they put their FBI Shield up on federal regulations and hid behind it like a bunch of cowards instead of pressing in a couple numbers to keep a client's this place will go under soon enough and again anybody reading this review I hope you never open an account at this place and experience the same things as I did take your money to somewhere else that actually is beneficial towards you and cares about you as acustomer because this place clearly doesn't I don't want a response from the owner as I think that the owner needs to have a talk with the bank manager in the way that she treats people and how a woman got in the position of that kind of power could be so ignorant and stupid as a turn around and call me back and leave me a voicemail after I just stated that I was homeless and bought an RV and no longer reside at that address is beyond me

This is the only bank, and I'm calling them a bank and not a credit union because of their fees and lack of integrity, that I has ever made me so stressed so often. Between holding funds, taking things out and then putting them back in, only to take them out later and then charge a $30 fee because it overdrafts your account, and the hoops they make you jump through just to make payments, this is by far the worst bank I've been to. No one should need to watch their balance this closely. I check the details of our account 6-7 times a day to see any pending transactions and balance and somehow we are still constantly screwed by this establishment. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I suggest anyone that wants to keep their money do the same.

One of the worst organizations Ive ever had to work with. My wife and I took out a $14.5k loan for a travel trailer. 5 months later, we decide to pay it off in full. The hoops that twinstar made us jump through just to pay it off was asinine. Will never work with them ever again.
