Trustwave website and PCI compliance download are appalling. The PCI download does not load on normal broadband service, in the UK, using Chrome or IE. After a number of attempts the downloaded finally loaded in Firefox. The download GUI is not user orientated and seems to have been designed by a 21` year old graduate who has no idea how real-world data speed throttles back the download to the point that it does not work. Even when the data does download the user does not see timers to indicate that the download is processing or in fact doing anything even when it has downloaded. I have to persevere with this awful service because I am not given a choice by my EPOS provider..... Given the choice i would vote with my feet. Don't use unless you have to!
