Absolute waste of time! Im self employed but spent 9 months caring for a sick child hence why my credit was down, had a good guarentor, approved (initially) offered a great rate, went through the whole process including handing over private information and accounts, only to have a two minute conversation with a very abrubt lady telling me i was refused, now used a competitor who were more than willing to help!Apoologies to trust two for wasting their time as numbers on a piece of paper obviously mean more than the circumstances leading to it, trust me, i would rather have been working than living in and out of hospitals with our son!
