Do not use...got declined with a homeowner guarantor that had a brilliant credit score.this company is a joke...avoid with any costs.

Spent several days trying to get a loan - provided a lot of information to this company, provided a good guarantor - we both signed agreements and spent hours waiting around for some communication from this company but nothing, we had to chase them to get an update. After all that they turn around and say I was declined. Waste of time and I suspect scammers trying to get people's information. All these 5 star reviews are from friends/family/employees. Avoid this company and do not provide any information to them.

I have rated the service a 4 because i was not informed my purchase was available until 15hrs after it was transferred. ...Other than that i have no complaints.

Absolute waste of time! Im self employed but spent 9 months caring for a sick child hence why my credit was down, had a good guarentor, approved (initially) offered a great rate, went through the whole process including handing over private information and accounts, only to have a two minute conversation with a very abrubt lady telling me i was refused, now used a competitor who were more than willing to help!Apoologies to trust two for wasting their time as numbers on a piece of paper obviously mean more than the circumstances leading to it, trust me, i would rather have been working than living in and out of hospitals with our son!
