Worst customer service. I’m 21 years old and it was my first time taking out a loan. Of course I don’t know how rates and things like APR works. But the lady just expected me to know. And oh my god this lady y’all was just so negative and a whole lot of other words I can’t say. She was just mad at life. Anyway they didn’t approve my loan Bc of some bs reason. Hate it here can’t wait for these 60 days to be up so I can close this whack account. Triangle credit union will screw you. Don’t go here.
