With the dedicated help of Danielle and Tammy, my pending mortgage payment didn’t get denied, the paperwork was ready for me to sign after work, I had a new debit card by 4 pm, my account was replenished by 8 pm, and I was back in business by noon today. The Tri-CU app also makes it easy to disable your card right from your phone. For the intensity of this situation, Tri-CU made it as stress free as possible!
