Feedback:

I tried to cancel the credit monitoring service I was using (basically because it is free everywhere anymore) and the gentleman was very rude when I called. He asked questions without stating they were being asked to verify myself (like my employer and former employers which was strange to me because I provided my name, address, social and other items). I asked to be transferred to a supervisor no less than 4 times because he was getting me frustrated and he hung up. I called back and spoke to someone else and she asked a different set of questions. All this appeared very shady. If you cannot provide better call centers, maybe you should provide ones locally and give them a try. Never again.
