Impossible to get one's report frozen.

I simply hate this company, every time I call I get a rude ass person from India are some where over seas and you cannot understand them at all.They work hard to make sure you're not satisfied and to keep any negative credit account on your credit in-spite of your proof.I forwarded over documents that the creditor sent me and they refused to properly verify the document with the creditor and argued with me that they don't have to even though you have the right as a consumer to dispute and have the creditor verify what they report and the document they provided.I only gave a 1 star because I couldn't put a negative star. Trans Union is the absolute worst next to Experian.

Called to dispute an issue on my credit report and I never spoke to someone from America. I was lied to about how to go about sending them information as well as getting on the website. I was transferred 5 times and they never once understood what I was talking about. I literally almost lost my mind talking to these people. If society didn't place so much on credit...

I was told on Trans Union to mail my letter to PO Box 1000 Chester Pa. I was attempting to put a freeze on my social security number because if identity theft. But my post office says that there is no such PO Box in Chester Pa.

I got billed monthly twice for $19.95. Granted, I do not even have an account with Transunion. I use Credit Karma, which is supposedly a free service. I called support to cancel my account, but they were unable to locate it after providing my information. I will end up having to dispute this with my bank.

They get one star for answering the phone. The worst customer service, got someone from India that spoke such broken English I could only understand a few words. They STINK

I tried to cancel the credit monitoring service I was using (basically because it is free everywhere anymore) and the gentleman was very rude when I called. He asked questions without stating they were being asked to verify myself (like my employer and former employers which was strange to me because I provided my name, address, social and other items). I asked to be transferred to a supervisor no less than 4 times because he was getting me frustrated and he hung up. I called back and spoke to someone else and she asked a different set of questions. All this appeared very shady. If you cannot provide better call centers, maybe you should provide ones locally and give them a try. Never again.

Why am i speaking to people overseas to discuss my account. Why does the oldest credit Bureau have the worst rating? Why our they allowing ceditors to update information when accounts are closed. Why is trans union still in business?. People are stealing information everywhere. I am not a criminal but receiving calls saying my social security is being used for illegal activity after I removed a freeze with transunion. Somebody is getting high on drugs and it needs to stop NOW!
