I used Total Merchant Services for a little over a year for my new small business. They promised software to integrate with Quickbooks would be out soon but that never happened. There were many undisclosed fees especially at year end. With all the fees the you end up paying about double what the quoted rates. Gift card program through Opticard was extremely poor. Had to request 3 times a report to show outstanding gift cards and their balances. When I canceled my account, the company that had advertised no contracts and no cancellation fees had never bothered to inform me that this did not apply to the gift card program and I was hit with a $95 termination fee and was told there was nothing they could do about it.
