Curtis has represented Total Merchant Services for years. We signed up for his credit card processing two years ago and have had the best service of any processor we've had for the last 40 years. I represent Hatman Jack's in Wichita, KS and would recommend his merchant services to anyone, every time.

TMS is hands down the best credit card processor I have used after 16 years in business at my frame shop. Over the years, I have worked with at least four other companies that were either hard to communicate with, charged hidden or suspicious fees, exorbitant PCI fees that doubled or tripled, or just simply did not do as they said they would. TMS has been straight up honest and has given me the best rates, service and integrity of any credit card processor I have used. Thanks for the savings, TMS! Highly recommended!!

I opened my store in May and my sales have increased since I've had them in June. Their pricing is good and I’m glad that they have people that answer their phone. They are unlike the other two companies I had to work with who would leave a message to leave your number so they could call you back and you never hear from them when I had problems or questions. Overall, it has been an excellent experience.

I used Total Merchant Services for a little over a year for my new small business. They promised software to integrate with Quickbooks would be out soon but that never happened. There were many undisclosed fees especially at year end. With all the fees the you end up paying about double what the quoted rates. Gift card program through Opticard was extremely poor. Had to request 3 times a report to show outstanding gift cards and their balances. When I canceled my account, the company that had advertised no contracts and no cancellation fees had never bothered to inform me that this did not apply to the gift card program and I was hit with a $95 termination fee and was told there was nothing they could do about it.
