Tom is the best! My wife and I were in the home stretch of refinancing with another lender when a long time friend gave me Tom's number and said as I wrote, "Tom is the best." Before working with Tom and his Top Vine team we were frustrated and stressed. The other lenders made us uneasy and we felt the industry was just complicated and the process was cumbersome and costly. Tom showed my wife and I it was the opposite.
