My fiancé and I are first time homebuyers and just closed on our new home in Piscataway! Vinnie made the process quick and easy! Any questions no matter how stupid they may seem he answered thoroughly so we understood what we needed to do. He guided us step by step through the whole process from pre approval until closing. Great service on every level. Highly recommended and no I’m not a robot! Thank you for everything vinnie!

If I could rate more than 5 stars for Top Vine, I would. My wife and I shopped around for a mortgage (as one should) and were wrestling with a decision between two firms when a friend recommended Top Vine Mortgage Services. So glad she did. After 5 minutes of speaking with Tom, the broker there, our decision was made. Top Vine easily had the most competitive rate, but as if that wasn't enough, their customer service was top-notch too. We got the kind of clear, concise answers to our (numerous) questions that I'd expected from everyone, but only received from the folks at Top Vine. I can't say enough about the team at Top Vine (Tom, Vincent and Donna...you guys rock!), as they were there for us every step of the way. They even sent us a greeting card the other day after we closed on the new house! Bottom line, if you're shopping for a mortgage, definitely give them a call. You'll be glad you did. My only complaint was not finding them sooner and saving myself a lot of aggravation. Thanks again!

We had a great experience working with Vincent at Top Vine Mortgage. As 1st time home buyers we had many questions and Vincent replied very promptly. He patiently walked us through the entire process.He worked out the deal with a good rate of interest and all documents were digitally signed so it saved a lot of time and paperwork. I've worked with Top Vine Mortgage on a number of Refi & New Mortgages and I'm always pleased with their services. Tom is very thorough and takes him time in explaining everything to me, always upfront with the fees involved and gets me the best rates!!!

Tom is the best! My wife and I were in the home stretch of refinancing with another lender when a long time friend gave me Tom's number and said as I wrote, "Tom is the best." Before working with Tom and his Top Vine team we were frustrated and stressed. The other lenders made us uneasy and we felt the industry was just complicated and the process was cumbersome and costly. Tom showed my wife and I it was the opposite. During our first conversation Tom offered us the most competitive rate and he stuck to it throughout the process. No surprises. Although we had a ton of questions Tom explained things to us and made things as easy as we could have imagined. Thank you Tom and Top Vine!

Tom at Top Vine is the most attentive mortgage broker! He was my fiancé and I's night and shinning armor. We were originally working with another broker, who made us empty promises after empty and 2 1/2 weeks before we were closing, we had to switch mortgage brokers and thank goodness we did! Not only did Tom work his butt off to have us close on time but he made sure we received the best rates. He was extremely helpful and always kept us in the loop. He made us very comfortable.
