I would rate zero stars if possible. I honestly just lack the vocabulary to fully express how completely Toast Customer Service failed to address the issues we experienced. After one of their terminals failed, despite HOURS of time spent on the phone with Customer Service and dealing directly with our rep, our case manager Matt, and another team member Andy Boucher, we were told DAY after DAY that our new hardware would arrive the next day. We first reported the faulty hardware on Sunday and as of today, the following Thursday, we are still yet to receive anything beyond empty promises to address our issues.So, if you are comfortable with your business being crippled for an entire week at a time, and the lost business and revenue that results in, then I ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend that you look to Toast for your POS system needs.
