The handhelds seemed like a great advancement for us and we were very excited about the reporting, inventory, and extensive back of the house content. We should have done more research. There are tons of bugs, we went through 6 credit card readers because they were faulty, the internet connections were terrible and servers were frequently having checks go offline and temporarily disappear. This doesn't even touch on payment issues. The chip technology took much longer to come out than we expected. We had credit cards go offline and freeze up in the system. Our accounting reports were frequently off.The worst part; however, was their customer service. We would frequently reach out via phone and email and receive no response. We basically had to teach ourselves how to troubleshoot everything.
