Overall Feedback:

Extremely poor customer service. They're rude and and condescending and give no real assistance over the phone. I was forced to use them while in my last year of grad school. My options were to use them, use Sallie Mae (with a cosigner), or drop out I didn't have a cosigner and I wasn't going to drop out. So I truly has no choice, but to you use them. Would never recommend.
