They are horrible I went over $2.00 in my account and they charged me $39.00 fee causing acouple small Bill's to bounce when my check was deposited when all was saidand done I owed 195.00 for a 2.00 purchase and they flat out were rude and refused to work with me . Another time my statement said I had the money in there to cover my charges as they were coming thru they stated all trans actions came thru at once so they split up my money and applied parts of it to each bill causing each one to bounce resulting in a 39.00 fee for each one instead of being charged for only one if they would of applied the money correctly , how stupid never heard of such logic except from crooked ppl who scam money any legal way they can ,

We have been members since 1986, many loans have been made and paid up in that time. Our mortgages have all been here as well as multiple car loans. Can't say enough good about services at both Duluth and Superior locations.

I have "Credit Unioned" here in the past and will continue in the future. A good local lender! I hope the notice that I did not use the 4 letter"B" word. The staff is awesome and treats me well.

They absolutely suck. They took money from my account for another person now i wait for my funds. I am filing complaint with better BB

Very professional and clean, but definitely not what a credit union experience should be like. My experience was with Hermantown and West Duluth branches. There were many times of being poorly staffed, they put a hold on a cashier's check for a ridiculous amount of time, fees seem to come before customer satisfaction, and the lack of the friendly feel that a credit union should be known for was such a disappointment. It was not the right choice for me.

Thanks for changing your cards, making our old ones inactive and giving no warning. When I came to inquire about it, you stated you sent an email. Your email goes to junk mail. I never in a million years thought I should check my junk email in case the bank decides to change cards and make old ones inactive. I will be closing my accounts. This created a huge headache for all my auto pay accounts attached to my old card. I did not ask for or want a new card. A phone call or letter should have been sent out or how about a notification to the online account summary. Poor communication and rude service. Will be closing account.

It was time for me to upgrade my vehicle and I wanted to go through SCCU for my auto loan instead of the dealership. I found the SUV I really wanted this morning and Ian W at the Tower Ave location got my loan written up, approved and funded so that I could purchase this afternoon. Same day! Also, he did all of this remotely as I do not live in Superior anymore. I simply went to a shared branch, they cut me a check after the dealership sent the Purchase Agreement and the deal was done. Great job Ian.
