I've been looking for a particular, quite expensive, vintage watch for a while and saw one in the window. It had a couple of superficial but nevertheless important flaws. Danny in the shop could not have been more helpful. The watch was returned to the watchmaker twice before purchase. He researched the history of the watch movements in the shop to ease any concerns I had regarding the purchase and the history of the watch. The bracelet was resized in the shop. I am absolutely delighted with the experience from start to finish and will definitely return.
