Took 3 gold items into S Bradley yesterday, valued at £310.Decided to get a 2nd valuation. Took them to UK Bullion Ecclesall Road Sheffield today. 'Their valuation £477 ' The Real Deal' Offered cash, cheque or immediate bank transfer. Very professional service.I would give S Bradley a wide Erth!

I've been looking for a particular, quite expensive, vintage watch for a while and saw one in the window. It had a couple of superficial but nevertheless important flaws. Danny in the shop could not have been more helpful. The watch was returned to the watchmaker twice before purchase. He researched the history of the watch movements in the shop to ease any concerns I had regarding the purchase and the history of the watch. The bracelet was resized in the shop. I am absolutely delighted with the experience from start to finish and will definitely return.

Took 2 rings in for resizing & polishing, simple enough you would think, NOT FOR THESE PEOPLE.... I had asked for the main ring(engagement) to go up 1 size & the other (eternity) to be increased to the same size. the lady measured the engagement ring & said it was an M so I said to increase it 1 size, this would make it an N. the eternity ring was a different size altogether , so I asked for both to be increased to the engagement rings new size. I received a phone call the day before I was due to collect saying there was a problem with my order, I was told the engagement ring was already an N size, what would I like to do, I instructed them to increase both rings to the larger size only to be told they had already finish the eternity ring & had increased it to an N. they polished up the engagement ring & I collected both, I informed the assistant that I was far from happy with the service. he didn't seem interested , no apology nothing..an older member of staff overheard me & came to ask the assistant if everything was ok. He was told everything was fine, fine my @rse, wont be going back there in a hurry..I've now got 2 1/2 working day's before Christmas to try to get these done........My Reply to your reply..Thank's for the offer but there's no way I'm coming back to you. I've taken it to a proper jewellers for the resize, they promised to have it ready for Christmas for me.

I called in for a valuation on some old jewellery. What a lovely team. Sharon and Lauren were so friendly and helpful. Quick and easy service. The gentleman who did the valuation was also very nice. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I brought both my Wife's engagement and wedding rings from Stuart Bradley Jewellers, the the service I received was first class, nothing was to much trouble. They were so helpful and patient, they showed me lots of rings of different price ranges to suite my budget! Re-sizing wasn't any trouble as they have a onsite goldsmith who can resize, mend or even create custom jewellery! Stuart Bradley Jewellers is only one place in chesterfield I would go for jewellery!! Thanks Guys
