This credit union has always helped us with every banking need possible! Nancy, Marilynn and Romona are super great to always help!

Great friendly people. I've gotten both my car and house loans here and they are far less than any bank I tried. Sure as a small credit union they are not as ultra modern as some banks, and some features come by slowly, but they are always improving and they are well worth the wait.

I love the credit union. They are nice and extremely helpful. My only issue is them being so old fashioned with everything. No one will respond to your email or send you an email about anything. They constantly call which is great I know they got my message, but I don't have time when I'm at work around coworkers to speak about my personal business. No one answers the phone's during the lunch hour. They also know who you are when you call because I didn't provide my name or identify myself in anyway at all when I called before when my called was answered the one time. Thank you so much for everything you do, but please upgrade the system. Thanks :)

I always seek assistance from Mrs. Ashford for my senior mother. She has always given nothing other than SUPERB service and mom loves her too......A+++ rating from both of us. Thanks

I really don't need my bank to make me feel particularly loved or happy. What I do need them to do is take care of my money. My wife gave the teller $200 in cash to deposit plus some checks. When she got home she realized the deposit receipt was $200 short! I called them and they told me they would look for it. Now get this part - an hour later they called back and said they found $100 of the $200...but not all of it. What??? I told them it was no feat to be proud of and to keep looking. The manager told me it would take a day to resolve because they would have to watch the security tapes. Late that evening they left a message saying the complete $200 had been deposited with no apology for the mishandling of our money. When we recently sold our home and had a very sizable check from our equity, I chose to carry it around until I could get to my bank out of state rather than giving them that kind of money.

Rudest clerks I have ever seen. DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION unless you like being talked to like a dog and insulted. This place should be closed down.
