Feedback:

Me and my mother had an issue with an account, while we tried to figure out the next steps to take; the Member Service Representative that we dealt with cut us off when speaking with us, rolled her eyes, showed a lack of empathy. I don't think she smiled once. Also, the day before a teller didn't follow banking procedures also. However, the Member Service Representative did provide options for my mother, I would've preferred her attitude to be a little more understanding, and professional.
