Drive up very slow sad, I have never been to a bank drive up window that takes 10 minutes or more ridiculous time for new management on down I have learn today to use my other option bank never a gain

I just like to get in and get out, but there’s a woman teller that talks a lot about my facial expression, body language, and other things that have nothing to do with me receiving or depositing money. If you want to flirt, do it in a subtle way that’s charming. I don’t have time and nerve for all the extra-ness. I usually don’t like how this person talks to the other staff much either.

Me and my mother had an issue with an account, while we tried to figure out the next steps to take; the Member Service Representative that we dealt with cut us off when speaking with us, rolled her eyes, showed a lack of empathy. I don't think she smiled once. Also, the day before a teller didn't follow banking procedures also. However, the Member Service Representative did provide options for my mother, I would've preferred her attitude to be a little more understanding, and professional.

Weekday hours are inconvenient and the online app is barbaric but they do extremely good work in the community and the staff is diverse and very kind. Just need to come into the new millennium with technology
