You will have to watchdog their every move to ensure the most pedestrian of account services gets amended. Call after call after call after call. Don't expect your issue to be resolved with any urgency. Expect to get strung along for days without any basic insight or resolution. Loaded with excessive hidden fees and deceptive practices. There is zero accountability for back-end failures resulting in your inconvenience.
