Client Review on Sperry Federal Credit Union

Few bad experiences but this last one made me write a review and most likely close my account. I had $ 84.75 balance in my checking after depositing with Lisa on 3/12/13 9 am. @ SFCU I have a receipt and it is clearly showing in SFCU website. Sometime after 9pm my wife's cc bill came in for $ 41.00 and eve though I had a positive balance of $ 43.75 after the bill was paid but Sperry Fed Credit Union took an overdraft of - $ 40.00 witout justification and left my account with $ 3.75. I reached out to SFCU by tel and Ms. Nataly did not want to listen to what I was explaining and was very rude on the tel taking over me with no customer service manners. I emailed their rep. Saleh Mezrahi hping for better results to find a quick resolution and I received a reply as follow : " I have forwarded your concerns to our member services department. " Not even a Good morning or a good bye(No customer service professionalism at all). No help. They do not listen to problems. Their management staff is not up to customer service level. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
