Credit Solution Dept "Harlem" hung up on me because I asked the spelling of his name. I called back and asked for a supervisor for the Credit Solutions depart and got no where. I will get a call back within 1 to 2 days. That did not happen. BAD, BAD, Customer Solutions Customer Service. In addition, they will not connect you to anyone or give names out, It's a secret.
