UPDATEDWhile investigating online fraud we found that Nigerian and overseas Craigslist scammers have overrun this bank as their means of scamming victims. Trying to even contact the bank about accounts they hold being used to funnel scammed money is impossible, and even when notified the bank seems to take little to no interest in it.The bank should be investigated.UPDATE: A few days later and the scammers bank accounts are still in full use. This bank's response to being sent screenshots of scammers using it to launder scam money had been totally non existent.

I don't bank with Sound Credit I bank with a sister branch called Qualstar but I use Sound Credit all the time and they are so helpful, very professional and extremely nice. I need to leave stupid Qualstar and go over to Sound Credit! They've gone out of their way to help me so many times even help with reversing a check today when normally they don't do that sort of thing. All the tellers go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Thank you so much to the manager and the Asian guy for helping me today (I'm sorry I don't remember his name)

AMBAUM BLVD LOCATION :Yesterday after experiencing the ATM being down AGAIN (a large out of order sign would help - to see before one gets their card out and ready to plug in the machine) I watched many seniors trudging through the calf deep slush and ice to the front door. A deplorable mess and hazard. Come on people, don't want to get your feet wet?But make your customers, did I mention seniors, go through that slippery wet mess. You should have at least cleared a path from the curb to the front door.You have very friendly tellers. But no common sense.😐

I do co-op banking with Sound due to my co-op credit union not accepting cash or coin deposit. I tend to use the West Seattle one due to bus rout from work (Downtown) to Burien. I went to the Burien location today and was told I cannot deposit already rolled coins and that I will be charged 10% of the loose coin I have when placed into this machine. (Which I would have to unroll since I had already rolled $300 of coin.)I don't understand why I am 1. Being charged a banking fee when it is a credit union and these fees should be non-existent. And 2. Why I can bring rolled change to one place but not another. I live in Burien, so this is an easier location, but being charged 10% on $300 of coin is taking a bank's chunk out of my transaction.
