He answered my calls and emails after hours and even when he was on vacation! Bradford turned a normally painful process and made it simple and easy. He worked hard to help my business. SmartBiz is lucky to have Bradford on their team. I don't know their core values but Bradford has to exemplify each one in an outstanding manner. If I ever need to use SmartBiz again, I will ask for Bradford by name
