I had my doubts about SmartBiz Loans but I decided to give them a shot. I usually work directly with my bank but got tired, frustrated with their traditional / old school process and lack of communication. Traditional banks just don't empathize with their customers anymore. SmartBiz on the other hand has revolutionized and simplified the process with their pre-qualification and underwriting technology. Folks, it just doesn't get any easier than this! Sure, you'll have to have all your information prepared and meet the qualification criteria but what loan doesn't? The staff at SamrtBiz (Michele & Tim) was outstanding as well! Michele and Tim worked around the clock, during the holidays and got my loan funded in less than 4 weeks! I highly recommend SmartBiz!
