I can't say enough wonderful things about Ryan Klaic and Smart Mortgage Centers! My journey started early this year when I submitted my application online and Ryan immediately contacted me. He patiently answered questions, discussed loan options and why his recommendation was the best solution. Knowing my credit history and the minefield of financial decisions I've made needless to say I was more than skeptical I would be able to obtain a home loan. Anybody who's had financial difficulties in their past understands how embarrassing it is to discuss those details with a complete stranger and the inevitable judgement that comes with it. Ryan was a compassionate gentlemen who did not judge and addressed my concerns professionally. I knew at that point I was in good hands and Ryan was my advocate through the entire process. It should be known that Ryan works in the Naperville, IL office and I'm located three hours south in Springfield. Some people may have reservations about working with somebody who isn't local but I was just as important to Ryan as somebody who could walk directly into his office. So, if you are concerned about distance I'm here to tell you not to give it a second thought. Now this may sound like a typical review to this point but now I'll share the proof in what I've wrote. I consider myself a relatively smart individual but I'll admit I made this process a lot harder not only on myself but most certainly on Ryan. In order to get a perspective here are just a few of the smaller hurdles he faced...legitimate cash deposits but none the less cash deposits, continuity in work history causing W2 concerns and outstanding collections. Just to make things even more interesting Ryan works in the Naperville, IL office and I was three hours south in Springfield. Ryan worked countless hours on my loan, multiple lengthy conversations with the underwriter, mounds of supporting documentation and most importantly ALWAYS remained my advocate! This review would need to be a small book in order to properly convey all the details, incredible obstacles overcome and all around hard work Ryan put into getting my loan approved. If you are wanting to purchase a home I highly recommend Ryan Klaic and Smart Mortgage Centers. Ryan is my Superman!
