Brian did everything he could and more to get my wife and I a great loan for our second home purchase. We had some trouble with our credit score, due to unforeseen circumstances, but Brian helped us get through it. He is diligent and hardworking. He really helped us get a great loan in a timely manner while we were in a toug spot. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Ryan Klaic and Smart Mortgage Centers! My journey started early this year when I submitted my application online and Ryan immediately contacted me. He patiently answered questions, discussed loan options and why his recommendation was the best solution. Knowing my credit history and the minefield of financial decisions I've made needless to say I was more than skeptical I would be able to obtain a home loan. Anybody who's had financial difficulties in their past understands how embarrassing it is to discuss those details with a complete stranger and the inevitable judgement that comes with it. Ryan was a compassionate gentlemen who did not judge and addressed my concerns professionally. I knew at that point I was in good hands and Ryan was my advocate through the entire process. It should be known that Ryan works in the Naperville, IL office and I'm located three hours south in Springfield. Some people may have reservations about working with somebody who isn't local but I was just as important to Ryan as somebody who could walk directly into his office. So, if you are concerned about distance I'm here to tell you not to give it a second thought. Now this may sound like a typical review to this point but now I'll share the proof in what I've wrote. I consider myself a relatively smart individual but I'll admit I made this process a lot harder not only on myself but most certainly on Ryan. In order to get a perspective here are just a few of the smaller hurdles he faced...legitimate cash deposits but none the less cash deposits, continuity in work history causing W2 concerns and outstanding collections. Just to make things even more interesting Ryan works in the Naperville, IL office and I was three hours south in Springfield. Ryan worked countless hours on my loan, multiple lengthy conversations with the underwriter, mounds of supporting documentation and most importantly ALWAYS remained my advocate! This review would need to be a small book in order to properly convey all the details, incredible obstacles overcome and all around hard work Ryan put into getting my loan approved. If you are wanting to purchase a home I highly recommend Ryan Klaic and Smart Mortgage Centers. Ryan is my Superman!

Brian is fantastic, he is very knowledgeable and has the resources to find the loan that best fits your needs and explains everything in detail with terms you can understand. Questions were answered immediately with the information I needed, no matter how minor the request or inquiry may have been. Not one time did he tell me anything that was not true or make me second-guess that he was not genuine in his actions to assist us in getting the best loan possible. He is extremely professional and patient and makes himself available to you at all times. He made the very stressful and confusing process of a home loan painless. I cannot stress enough that if you are in the market for a home loan or refi to give Brian a call and you will not be disappointed. He has a customer for life and I will refer anyone who is in the market to him without hesitation. He is a master of his craft and I promise that you will be in great hands.

I cannot say enough about Brian Noe and Smart Mortgage Centers. They got my loan "clear to close" in 5 business days as well as closed in 3 weeks’ time! This is nearly an impossible feat. Brian is a dedicated specialist that knows this business very well. If you want the job done correctly, work with Brian.
