Wok on Wheels in Logan started to work with Smart Choice Payments after we were given a very reasonable quote. They were prompt in providing paper work, equipment, and follow up calls to help us get set up. While the equipment provided worked just fine for basic transactions, we are a restaurant and delivery service and required some modifications to the equipment to account for tips, which took quite awhile to resolve because it was our busiest season and adjustments required downloads over a phone line because we don’t have internet. It took a few attempts to resolve the problem (including ordering new equipment) but the tech support (thanks Trey) and customer service Thank you John and Rachel!!) were very patient and accommodating throughout the process and made themselves readily available for months as we came to a workable resolution.Our biggest concern came when the sales rep in our region made promises to buy out our previous contract and that we could end services without penalty, and then failed to inform anyone or include it in the paperwork. Again, working with Rachel, we were able to come to a workable solution. I understand this is a common problem and encourage anyone being approached by this company to make sure all offers are verified in writing, but can also assure you that this company will work hard to accommodate your needs.
