This people at Smart Choice are bunch of magicians, they can make your money disappear and steal from you without knowing. Their sales people doesn't even work there at the company. This people are in business to steal from small businesses.

One of the worst ever! In 2016, After not coming through with their end of the "contract", they managed to actually steal almost $1,000 from my bank account and then claimed that I had breached the contract. DO NOT DO business with them!!!! They are FRAUDsters!

Worst company to use for a Merchant Account! I continually had issues with the card machine throughout a period of more than 2 years and eventually when I asked the company to fix an additional issue, the only solution they could come up with was to get another merchant number. When I did get another Merchant number the machine would still not work and because I had to run credit cards I went back to my previous company. I had about 7 months to go with the original agreement I signed, so if I did not charge anything for those months I would owe $319.92. The representative on the phone told me I would be responsible for $893.98 to cancel early. They could have offered me to stay with them until the original agreement matured and I would have only paid $319.92. This company in my opinion does not care about the service they provide but only how they can get the most money out of a situation. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Smart Choice Payments was simply a dumb choice for my business. They way over exaggerated their savings on merchant processing and they stick you with an incredibly high equipment lease payment.Not once in a years worth of processing did the charge I receive end up being lower than the quote they gave me, even though business has been down this year. Special note. You will be hit with multiple annual fee payments for different things.Salesman said I could cancel with them at any time and there wouldn't be a charge, but when I went to cancel and go with another merchant processor there was a hefty cancellation fee involved.Don't believe what you are being told and really question them because you will be locked in for 48 months.

Worst customer serivce. I’ve been dealing with these people for a year and they’re a unhelpful, rude and don’t keep up on their arrangements. If you’re looking for a card processor, use someone else. They’re not worth the headache.

Smart choice payment know as Velocity Merchant Services, they work together, Velocity give you credit card processing , smart choice leasing company for more than 600 per month for two clover and two clover mini, Velocity promised will give lower rate but actually cost on leasing plus processing card fee is more expensive than other companies that I work with before, they are lie trying out for 3 months if we don’t like , we can cancel with no early termination fee , but it is not working like that they don’t take any responsibility of their sale representative word , so don’t trust anybody from Velocity and smart choice payment ( know as Time Payment company) they using different company , don’t believe them

I USED TO WORK AT SMART CHOICE PAYMENTS. I JUST WANT TO SAY IM SORRY TO ALL OF YOU. I WAS JUST DOING MY JOB. AGAIN IM SO SORRY. THE CEO SHOULD BE IN PRISON AND IM SURE HE EVENTUALLY WILL BE FOR FRAUD. IT WAS THE WORST JOB I EVER HAD AND THE PEOPLE ARE FORCED TO LIE TO KEEP THEIR JOBS. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. MOST OF THE PEOPLE WRITING POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE PEOPLE I WORKED WITH. SO AGAIN THEY HAVE TO LIE TO KEEP THEIR JOBS. THE SALES REPS WORK ON COMMISSION ONLY AND RECEIVE NO OTHER COMPENSATION SO TO SURVIVE THEY HAVE TO GET YOU TO SIGN OR THEY MAKE NOTHING.I LATER FOUND OUT THAT AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW NO EMPLOYEES WERE ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH ME OR RISK LOSING THEIR JOBS. I THINK THAT SAYS IT ALL. IF YOU WANT AN HONEST MERCHANT SERVICE COMPANY? JUST USE YOUR BANK. ALL THESE SMALL COMPANIES ARE JUST OUT TO SCREW YOU. I KNOW. I SCREWED A LOT OF PEOPLE. This company is FRAUD!!! They don't stand by what their own reps promise!! They tell you one thing and even cross it off on your contract and find a tiny print to say it doesn't matter and charge you anyway!! You can't hire people to represent your company and not honor what they tell customers!!

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD I did business with the heads of this company under the name core brand solutions in Vancouver WA. I paid them roughly $3,500 for advertisement in hotels in San Diego CA. NO advertisement material was delivered, even when I checked at the hotels core brand solutions said received the marketing material... no material were delivered. I called repeatedly they promised me refunds for months with nothing ever arriving. I tried to dispute charges on my card but it was just past the 120 day limit visa has on disputes. I filled a claim with the general attorney in WA and surprise surprise they closed the company moved to Oregon and never responded. I'm in the process now of having my lawyer locate them to serve them court injunction papers. These guys are crooks, I don't care if I loose money with legal fees. I am going to make sure I sue these guys and I will absolutely try to pursue them to the fullest extent of the law. How they conduct business is criminal and they are just hoping none of the small business they rip off with will waste resources on legal fees for smaller amounts of money.. well I have money to blow and time to waste a lot of it, they picked the wrong person to rip off. I simply want my money back but they seem very desperate to hold onto my $3500 for whatever reason.
