I suspect they do not have the resources to handle the online bank. I submitted an application and it took them 3 days to call me to finalize the account. I was in the middle of something, so took a voice mail. I returned their call next day and had to leave them a voice mail. I never heard back after that and it's been more than a week. Let's compare that to Discover Bank. I was able to get everything done within a couple of hours.
