Opened online. Had a few hiccups, they needed copies of ID and IRS EIN letter but they only notify you thru the online banking, so if you just happen to check the tiny notifications link on their website. Would be good if they also e-mailed/called you to let you know you needed to upload those docs. But I went in person to make a deposit and they let me know so they copied the docs on site and had no issues after that. Their web-site and mobile app are a little dated but they are a small operation compared to the big mega banks, I'm sure they will improve their digital presence over time.
