Client Review on Siouxland Federal Credit Union

Tellers and loan officers are great. Thing I don't like is if you call a different branch they're not on same page as my SSC local branch. There's a failure to communicate. I called one branch to change address and was told have to come in (totally understandable) I call another branch and they changed it. (SSC BRANCH VS DD BRANCH) ... ALSO don't like how they forced us into monthly fee to have chip in card(hate that chip) i have a password on my acct.. sometimes they have me verify it sometimes they don't. (That's annoying when they don't.. I put pw on there) also Bern trying to be paperless for a yr but they say i am and still stand out a paper statement ( hahaha annoying but kinda funny) i have been a customer for 20 yrs. Maybe more... for the first time Ever i messed up and sent wrong amount of money to wrong acct. Had it fixed I less than 12 hrs and got a ins fee.. they do not forgive or work with you At All. My checking acct at Premier that I've had for 6 months did but not Siouxland Federal CU.. honestly want to change all to Premier but I'm to lazy and busy.
