My partner and I, as first-time home buyers, decided to go with Simply Home Lending (we looked at other lenders, but Simply had the best rates!) It was the easiest part of the entire process. Kelly and the rest of the crew did a great job of walking us through everything from top to bottom, explaining things clearly, and keeping an open line of communication. Though buying a house is a complex affair, Simply Home Lending was the rock we could trust throughout the entirety of the project. We will definitely work with them again in the future.
