Feedback:

Terrible experience. After using this app for 4 years, and paying over $2400.00 in service fees, I called to cancel services on 10/22/15. I then received a cancellation email confirming my request. Done, right? No. On 11/14/15 my debit card was billed again. I called again (15 minute call) and was told that the last charge would be refunded and that my services were cancelled. on 12/14/15 I was billed again. To date, Shopkeep has now billed me for 2 months and never refunded my money. I am now on hold 17:04 and counting.
