Client Review on ShopKeep, Inc

Feedback:

I was shopping around for POS services for my market 2 months prior to opening and I received a quote from Shopkeep for $59/mo. Two months later, I'm ready to open so I begin the process of starting service with Shopkeep and find out they had charged me 3 times already for $95/mo.I politely explained to customer service that I wanted to use Shopkeep but I did not want to pay for the last 3 months considering I never officially signed up. I guess this was asking too much because I still haven't heard back from anyone.The only thing I've received is a message from Alexander (the team leader of customer care) telling me that he hasn't found anything and needs me to forward all the emails I've exchanged with their team. This is extremely frustrating and time consuming, and I don't understand why I am the one that needs to do all of the leg work when they should keep track of these things. All in all it has been a bureaucratic nightmare and I have been very dissatisfied with the company and their customer service.
