Feedback:

Do not use ShopKeep!We were billed for the gift cards add-on even though it was included in our annual plan (WHICH WAS PAID IN FULL), and was an ultimate pain in the a-- to get a refund.Even after explaining this to "customer care" (they dont deserve that title btw) they still suspended our account for non-payment (the credit card on file did not have enough funds at the time so they couldn't charge us). This happened for about three weeks straight:1. our account would get suspended2. I would chat with "customer care" and explain the situation again3. our account would be reinstated4. one week later our account gets suspended again5. repeatI then chatted with Tyler from "customer care" on August 26, 2019 and told him we would not be renewing our annual plan and confirmed cancellation as of October 15, 2019.Guess what? We were billed $1,010.81 by shopkeep on October 15, 2019 (I thought our plan was $978 btw).Now after chatting with Blair from "customer care", I am told it would take 7-10 days for the refund to process.I am also never told why this happened in the first place.There is either a serious bug in their system due to poor engineering, or they are purposely doing this to get a free loan out of customers.Word of advice: DO NOT USE SHOPKEEP. If you do, please remember to cancel or max out the credit card you have on file to avoid any future charges.
