This branch provides best customer service . All staffs are always welcome me like family.

After talking to their customer service representative, to get a better assistance, I asked her to transfer me to her supervisor, and she said she/he is unavailable. And it was not the only time. It seemed like she does't want to transfer the call. The bank branch manager is away every time I wants to leave a comment about their poor customer service. The bank must have someone in charge if the branch manager is away but no one is responsible. Maybe they were all trained that way. VERY POOR customer service, I am not recommending anyone to open accounts with this PALISADES PARK branch.

Racist bunch of A******* , I’ll never do business with this bank , The tellers talked amongst themselves in Korean and flatly refused to give me service because of the color of my skin . They made me feel uncomfortable and unpleasant and treated me as if I was going to rob the place especially with security standing next to the desk . I probably would had gotten a better experience if I was Caucasian or Asian ..but the entire experience was totally unprofessional and horrid ..

Tried to make a deposit into my parents account and the teller refused because I didn't have my ID. Every time I go in the tellers each tell me something different as to the amount that I am allowed to deposit. Ill trained and incompetent staff. They change their policies according to their client. They discriminate against younger clients, are rude and treat you like you're doing something wrong. The teller didn't know what she was saying and did not bother to ask her manager. When asked what the deposit limit was she responded by be saying "um...$5000ish?" Excuse me? Last time I was in a teller told me it was $7000. Train your staff better. I walked out after being treated like that. I'll take my business to the Fort Lee branch. At least they know what they're doing.

Well, I was worried with all the negative reviews before walk in but I really had a pleasant experience with both staff and service they have offered (10/29).There were couple of customer walked in with ATM complains but since I like old school way I don't really pay too much of attention to ATM issues (the bank explained that there is an issue with new chipset they have recently applied).Overall, the staffs were warm and welcoming.

I usually don't have time during the day to go to the branch so mostly use the ATM. I have never seen ATM out of service so often. Even after they move the location to Broad Ave. from Grand Ave, it still has problem so often(at least 2-3 times a month, problem persists for three consecutive days at times) if you have urgent matters often, don't use this location at least.
