Client Review on San Francisco Fire Credit Union

Feedback:

Waited around for almost 20 min. to open an account while staff was laughing and chatting it up at their desks. I asked how much longer I'd have to wait and was told I had to submit my name to the receptionist. I said I'd done that already. I heard her giving them my name waiting yet they said told me they hadn't been informed anyone was waiting. I said I'd been waiting for help while they were busy chewing the fat. The wise guy rep says, "What fat are we chewing?" I said I was parked at a meter and would have to leave and then he said, "We have a garage so that's no excuse!" I'd had enough of him by then. "You want to fight with your customers?"I said and left. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and rudeness by their employees. I'd never been treated so badly at my previous bank, Wells Fargo, where I'd just withdrawn money in order to deposit at SFCU. But now I'm not sure I should given the bad attitude of some of their employees.
