Don't let one review steer you away from the best banking center ever. I love this credit union. They have done so much for me and who doesn't love being rebated for using any ATM. They offer up to 6 ATM rebates per month (used to be 12 but I don't need that many). Their fraud department has been phenomenal, making sure I don't get ripped off or making sure it's me making the actual purchase, especially if it's for more than $500. They helped me with courtesy pay and give you extra time to cash a check. I have direct deposit and get paid a day early or a few days earlier if payday is on a holiday. I am so happy with this credit union. Don't choose the SF Federal, choose SF Fire.
