I live in CT whereas they are on the west coast and this institution is my most preferred bank. Lovely checking account features , close to 7% apr credit cards and free overdraft from credit cards with no transaction fee or higher cash advance fee.Love it!!!**Update June 2018****Things have been going downhill lately.Customer service has gone down , new website has ruined the customer experience. Not sure why they would tamper with anything which was working well. Long phone waiting times and less than optimal experience in dealing with mundane things.
