I have dealt with Seven Seventeen for many years with multiple car loans. They always have a good rate. Recently I opened a new business checking account as well as a new car loan. The customer service has been horrible. They have dropped the ball at every single opportunity and not followed through and/or made ridiculous errors. I needed change and they required me to deposit the $100 in 20’s and withdraw the $100 in 5’s “for security.” What a waste of my time. We have gone to a lot of effort and expense to set up our business account there because I thought it would be more convenient. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that is convenient about doing business with this credit union. I will be closing out all of my deposit accounts as soon as I am able.…
