This place is the worst 717 in the area. The staff is unpleasant and the card machine is never working, kinda like the icecream machine at McDonald's. I avoid going here as much as possible, only for the atm.

I have been a member here for many years. It has become more and more difficult to get things done with 717. I received attitude yesterday from a teller in the drive thru over a deposit I am very disappointed in the direction this credit union has headed the last few years. If it doesn't turn around I will be pulling my accounts.

I have dealt with Seven Seventeen for many years with multiple car loans. They always have a good rate. Recently I opened a new business checking account as well as a new car loan. The customer service has been horrible. They have dropped the ball at every single opportunity and not followed through and/or made ridiculous errors. I needed change and they required me to deposit the $100 in 20’s and withdraw the $100 in 5’s “for security.” What a waste of my time. We have gone to a lot of effort and expense to set up our business account there because I thought it would be more convenient. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that is convenient about doing business with this credit union. I will be closing out all of my deposit accounts as soon as I am able.…

I wish I could give 0 or negative stars for this office. I have NEVER had any help with this office since i started a loan with them. They have 3 times tried to REJECT taking a payment because I sent my dad in because I work out of town and they have no online services. They are HORRIBLE if I could pay this loan off sooner I will if I can transfer it I will. I dread every single interaction with this location its sad that Boardman is so wonderful but the employees in Austintown are the WORST.

Great Bank- they help you with all your financial needs. Also if your ATM card is lost or stolen just call and go in for a new card that same day. Only downside no Saturday hrs.

They are the slowest bank ever. I’ve been waiting for them to send a payoff for a vehicle loan for days and nothing has happened. They suck at business practices. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!!!
