Feedback:

Very poor customer service. I submitted a travel claim in July and still have yet to hear back or receive my reimbursement. Whenever I call to speak to a representative, I get told that they are experiencing high call volumes and so they will only accept my call if it is regarding an emergency. When I send emails, I don't hear back until days later and I get told to wait another 10 business days. It is just such bad customer service; I don't know how this place has so many positive reviews. It feels like I am never able to get through to speak to a representative and I shouldn't be waiting 2 months to get reimbursement on a travel claim (the website states claims are resolved in 30-40 days....this is clearly not true).
